Foundation diploma in travel and tourism is a course designed for aspirants who want to acquire essentials skills and knowledge to work in the travel and tourism industry and become ticketing and tour professionals. This foundation level course will provide you with a basic understanding of the travel and tourism industry, teach you to provide advice on flight, accommodation and tour products, ensure that travellers fulfill necessary travel requirements, improve your customer service and sales skills, and learn to use a global distribution system to create and manage reservations. Foundation diploma in travel and tourism includes the following:

• Foundation diploma course (IATA) international certification.
• Airticketing training in Global Distribution System (AMADEUS).
• Certificate course in travel & tourism (HRDF certification recognized by the Govt. of Goa).

Examination Format:

• Examinations are held four times in a year- March, June, September and December.
• Examinations will be held at an approved exam centre (IATA), the nearest center is in Mumbai.
• Examinations are usually held on the first Sunday of the month of the Examination.
• There are two attempts to answer the exam within the enrollment validity period.

COURSE DURATION: 4-6 Months MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: SSC/HSSC, with basic Math and English skills.
